Do I need permits for a bathroom reno?

If any drains, vents or fixtures are moved or added, yes. Simple like-for-like fixture swaps usually don't.

Yes, we relocate drains within the constraints of your joists, existing venting and slope requirements. We tell you what's possible before you commit.

How far in advance should I book?

For renovation rough-ins, 3–4 weeks of lead time is ideal. We can often accommodate faster with notice.
