The terms below govern your use of our website, our plumbing services, and any communications you receive from us.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service call, or communicating with Oceancrest Plumber Vaughan ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide residential and light-commercial plumbing services in Vaughan and the surrounding GTA. All work is performed by licensed plumbers and is subject to a firm written or verbal quote approved by you before work begins. Additional work discovered on site will be quoted separately and only performed with your approval.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Payment
- Diagnostic visits may include a dispatch fee, credited toward approved repairs.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due upon completion of the job unless financing has been arranged in writing.
- We accept cash, debit, all major credit cards, and e-transfer.
4. Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by our standard labour warranty. Parts and equipment carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we will help administer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, tampering, or third-party work.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel a booking at no charge with at least 2 hours' notice. Cancellations made after our plumber has arrived on site may be subject to a dispatch fee.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
When you provide us with your mobile phone number — for example when requesting a quote, booking a job, or contacting us — you agree that we may send you text messages related to your service request, including appointment confirmations, ETAs, dispatch updates, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and occasional service reminders.
Standard message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages depends on your interaction with us. Your mobile carrier's standard text messaging and data charges will apply to every message sent and received, and we are not responsible for those charges. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (647) 557-9107 or contact@oceancrestplumbervaughan.ca. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
7. Website Use
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Oceancrest Plumber Vaughan and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the website is error-free or continuously available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services or the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any change means you accept the updated terms.
